Brandi will select up to 4 paint colors (1 Field Color, 1 Trim Color, and up to 2 Accent Colors) for your home’s exterior, based on the Custom Exterior Color Scheme she has developed, as well as the style/period of the home, surrounding landscape and seasonality, character of the neighborhood, and permanent features (stonework, brick, concrete, stucco, tile, shingles, etc).

This service provides you with an “Exterior Color Toolkit”: 1 Custom Exterior Color Scheme, Exterior Paint Selection of up to 4 colors, selection of 1 Exterior Light Fixture, guidelines around what paint finishes and primers to use, where to purchase the paint (if you aren’t working with a contractor who purchases from specific brands), and directions for how to test colors on your home’s exterior before making your final selections.
